I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the location on Muhu Island is beautiful, and the spa and dining experiences were exceptional. On the other hand, the service had inconsistencies, which was frustrating, especially after dealing with multiple reservation issues. While the renovations are charming, some of the furnishings felt a bit cheap, which detracted from the luxurious feel I was expecting.
